The Project 22350 frigate ‘Admiral Gorshkov’ (NATO reporting name: Gorshkov-class) is set to support the trials of hypersonic weapons this year, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD).

A new test launch of the hypersonic Tsirkon missile will be held by the Admiral Gorshkov frigate of project 22350 in September. Salvo fire is planned, two defense industry sources told TASS at Army-2020 forum.
