Damen Naval, responsible for constructing the frigates and main contractor with the NL MOD/NAVY, will manage the integration of the SCANTER 6002 radars onto the vessels, while RH Marine, serving as system integrator, will work closely with Terma to guarantee the smooth integration and peak performance of the radar systems.
The SCANTER 6002 naval surveillance radar is an International Maritime Organization (IMO) approved product, renowned for its advanced features and superior performance. Equipped with X-band technology, multi-frequency capabilities, and state-of-the-art small target detection algorithms, these radars excel even in adverse weather conditions, providing unmatched reliability and accuracy for naval surveillance operations.
