The future USS Delbert D. Black (DDG 119) successfully completed Builder's trials Feb. 22 after spending three days underway in the Gulf of Mexico. The trials were conducted by the shipbuilder, Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII), Ingalls Shipbuilding Division.
