French company Lacroix Defense is once again exhibiting at Sea Air Space, demonstrating its new generation, compact SYLENA range of decoy launching systems. Naval News took the opportunity of the event to sit down with Lacroix’s Renaud Thetiot, regional manager.
At IDEX 2019 French countermeasures specialist Lacroix is showcasing its naval Decoy Launching Systems (DLS) with a real SYLENA MK2 as the centerpiece of its booth. Lacroix supplies major navies worldwide with its SYLENA system, among which are the Egyptian Gowind-class corvettes by Naval Group and the Royal Omani Navy’s Al Ofouq-class OPVs.
