The Turkish Navy's first Hisar-class OPV has been spotted at the Istanbul Naval Shipyard, indicating that the ship is ready for launch.

Turkey's state-owned ASFAT company announced April 08 that it has completed the critical design phase of the indigenous Hisar-class offshore patrol vessel and begun construction.
