SCO transfers Overlord Unmanned Surface Vessels to U.S. Navy
The Defense Department’s Strategic Capabilities Office (SCO) officially transitioned the Ghost Fleet Overlord Program to the Navy Program Executive Office, Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC) during a ceremony at Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) on Thursday, March 3, 2022.
