Schiebel successfully completed the acceptance tests for the Royal Australian Navy (RAN) of its new Schiebel-designed heavy fuel S2 engine for its CAMCOPTER S-100 Unmanned Air System (UAS).

Schiebel won a competitive tender to supply its Camcopter S-100 System to the Royal Thai Navy (RTN), the Austrian company said on November 4, 2019.

The Maritime Safety Directorate of the Ministry of Sea, Transport and Infrastructure of the Republic of Croatia issued the first mobilization request to the European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) for CAMCOPTER S-100 maritime surveillance services, Schiebel announced on July 23.
