South Korea’s DAPA announced the start of mass production for the second batch of K-SAAM missiles and Tiger Shark heavyweight torpedoes (HWT).

According to South Korea's DAPA, the Tiger Shark torpedo produced by LIG Nex1 for the ROK Navy will become fully operational by the end of this year.

Mass production of LIG Nex1’s Tiger Shark wire-guided heavyweight torpedo has begun following the successful completion of quality trials.
