Marine Jet Power (MJP) announced the continuation of the strategic partnership with Lungteh Shipyard to produce more Tuo Chiang-class Corvette for Taiwan’s Coastal Defense.
The second Tuo Chiang class corvette, Ta Chiang (ๅกๆฑ๏ผPGG-619) was officially commissioned today with the Republic of China (ROC) Navy during a ceremony in presence of Taiwan’s President, Tsai Ing-wen.
Defense Minister Qiu Guozheng officiated at a ceremony to hand over the Tuo Chiang class ‘Ta Jiang’ corvette to the Republic of China Navy.
The second ship of the Republic of China (ROC) Navyโs Tuo Chiang class corvette, Ta Chiang (ๅกๆฑ๏ผPGG-619) was spotted conducting sea trial on May 3.
