Polandโs largest defence corporation, PGZ Group, signed multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with defence companies at the MSPO 2025 exhibition in Kielce, Poland.
Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ), Polandโs largest defence corporation, signed a series of cooperation agreements with major international defence companies during the MSPO 2025 International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce.
Saab entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PGZ to explore joint projects aimed at enhancing security in Poland and Europe. The agreement covers potential cooperation on multi-domain defence solutions and includes the evaluation of joint initiatives to support Ukraine, including collaboration with the Ukrainian defence industry.
Fincantieri and PGZ also signed an MoU focused on developing advanced naval platforms, including submarines. The partnership combines Fincantieriโs expertise in naval shipbuilding with PGZโs industrial base, with the aim of delivering solutions for the Polish Navy and broader international markets.
Babcock International Group signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement (SCA) with PGZ, expanding their collaboration across naval and air domains. Building on their existing partnership in the Miecznik frigate programme, the new agreement will enable cooperation on naval construction, through-life support, aircraft sustainment, and strategic asset management solutions.
In addition, Naval Group, together with PGZ and PGZ Stocznia Wojenna, concluded an Industrial Cooperation Agreement (ICA) focusing on submarine construction and advanced naval manufacturing. The agreement builds on the FranceโPoland Treaty on Enhanced Cooperation and Friendship signed earlier this year, underscoring the deepening of bilateral defence ties.
