The Seaquest S is the first of a range of surface drones designed by Naval Group through its subsidiary Sirehna, and produced in partnership with the Couach-CNC shipyard. The USV has been designed on a modular basis to meet the operational needs of users, whether from governments (including those requiring the carriage of weapons) or civilian entities. This first production ship was launched in July 2024.
Naval Group offers solutions that meet its customers’ needs in terms of naval drones and autonomous systems: multi-mission, autonomous or remotely operated, and easily integrated into fleets. Its drone and autonomous system product portfolio is now structured around 4 product lines that can be broken down into ranges via an incremental approach: simple and robust initial products that quickly provide operational added value, and are capable of evolving in capacity and performance.
- The Seagent range, submarine drones (UUV) and autonomous systems in M and XL formats
- The Seaquest range, surface drones (USV) and autonomous systems, in S, M and L formats
- The Steeris range, including STEERIS On Board (Controlled decision-making autonomy) and STEERIS Mission System (multi-drone multi-environment mission system) and STEERIS Command, a containerized version that allows drones to be projected from land or ships of opportunity.
- The Sealken range which brings together solutions for naval integration and the deployment of drones from armed vessels (surface vessels and submarines)
