The French Defense electronics company was showcasing its entire range of systems for modern navies such as the Republic of Korea (ROK) Navy, which is an existing user of several Safran naval systems:
- Optronic masts for submarines
- Navigation systems for surface ships and submariens
- EO/IR systems for surface ships
- New generation decoy launching systems
According to Franck Bonny, Sales Manager, Naval Key Accounts Defense Division at Safran, the company is present in Korea for more than 50 years. The ROK Navy is an existing user of the Dagaie decoy launching system, the SIGMA 40 inertial navigation system and the new surveillance optronic mast aboard the KSS III submarines.
