Dutch and Belgian defense ministers signed the final agreement for the procurement of 4 ASWF frigates, two frigates for each navy.
The Dutch Ministry of Defense stated on April 3, 2023, that the first frigate of the ASW Frigate programme will enter service for the Royal Dutch Navy in 2029.
