Sydney residents had their first glimpse of their cityโ€™s namesake ship with the arrival of NUSHIP Sydney at Garden Island naval base today. The U.S. Navy recently installed the first Optical Dazzling Interdictor, Navy (ODIN), a laser weapon system that allows a ship to counter unmanned aerial systems.
