The new, 100-metre LST 100 for the Nigerian Navy has been launched at Albwardy Damen, Sharjah, UAE a few months ago.
The Nigerian Navy (NN) has launched a new Landing Ship Tank (LST) on June 7, at Damen Shipyard, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
The Petr Morgunov amphibious assault ship of project 11711 built by Yantar Shipyard began factory running trials, the United Shipbuilding Corporation (USC) said.
Damen Shipyards Group held a keel laying ceremony for a LST 100 amphibious vessel for the navy of Nigeria on December 9, 2019. The event took place at the Damen Shipyard Sharjah facility located in the United Arab Emirates.
