The Kirov-class nuclear powered cruiser (project 11442M) Admiral Nakhimov which is currently being repaired and upgraded by the Sevmash Shipyard will enter sea trials in 2023, Deputy CEO for Military Shipbuilding of the United Shipbuilding Corporation Vladimir Korolyov told TASS.
The delivery of Kirov-class nuclear powered cruiser (project 11442M) Admiral Nakhimov to the Russian Navy won't be possible until 2023, a defense industry source told TASS. The vessel, which is being upgraded by Sevmash Shipyard, was supposed to be handed over in late 2022.
The Project 11442M heavy nuclear-powered missile cruiser Admiral Nakhimov will be taken out of the dock in 2020, CEO of the Sevmash Shipyard Mikhail Budnichenko told TASS.
