The TASS source said:

“The first launch of a Tsirkon from the Severodvinsk submarine within the framework of flight development tests will be carried out from the water surface position at the beginning of October. Depending on its results, the second launch from underwater at a sea target is scheduled for November,”

According to the source, the first launch from the Severodvinsk nuclear-powered submarine was postponed from September to October due to the need to carry out all technical preparations.

NPO Mashinostroeniya (part of the Tactical Missiles Corporation) that is the developer and producer of Tsirkon missiles declined to comment on this information.
