Video: Visiting Warships at DIMDEX 2022

The biennial event held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of the State of Qatar, and hosted and organized by Qatar Armed Forces, features fourteen international warships from nine countries vying for attention. Qatar’s new military training ship Al Doha is making its main show appearance.

Other warships marking their show participation include HMS Middleton, a Hunt-class mine countermeasures vessel of the Royal Navy, the Italian Navy frigate ITS Carlo Bergamini, INS Kolkata, a Indian Navy guided-missiles destroyer, BNS Prottasha, a Type 056 corvette of the Bangladesh Navy, Algeria’s El-Moudamir El Radii-class frigate, Saudi Navy’s Hitteen Badr-class corvette, and the Royal Navy of Oman Al Nassir Al Musbhir-class high speed support vessel.

The Pakistan Navy has sent three vessels : PNS Shamsheer Zulfiquar-class frigate, PNS Azmat Azmat-class missile boat, and PMSS Kolachi, a Kashmir-class patrol vessel.
