Naval Group participated to the NEDS NIDV’s Defence & Security exhibition today in Rotterdam. During this event, Naval Group shared its vision on the development of the submarine community in the Netherlands. The project will generate a workload of 15 million man/hours and is expected to create over 2000 jobs in the Netherlands.

On the 21st of November, Naval Group launched the new center of excellence for Research and Development in Singapore. This initiative will create a world-class expertise based in Singapore for strategic naval defense research topics.

The subcontract for another critical piece of equipment for the Future Submarine Program has been signed between Naval Group and Babcock for the procurement of the Weapon Discharge System (WDS) responsible for launching the Attack Class submarines weaponry.
