The Gremyashchy lead corvette of project 20385 returned to Severnaya verf Shipyard for primary inspection and elimination of remarks exposed by acceptance trials, the shipyard said.

Three Admiral Gorshkov-class frigates (Project 22350 ) will join the Pacific fleet of the Russian Navy. The Admiral Amelko will be the first one.

Russia’s Sevmash Shipyard has officially handed over the first Borei-A-class submarine to the Russian Navy. The acceptance act for the ‘Knyaz Vladimir’, the first Project 955A SSBN was signed in Severodvinsk, the Defense Ministry said.

Fifteen new warships and supply vessels will operate in the Far East by the end of 2020. They include the Gremyashchy corvette of project 20385, the Pertropavlovsk-Kamchatsky diesel-electric submarine of project 636.3, the Yakov Balyaev minesweeper of project 12700, a Raptor-class countersubversion boat of project 03160, the Andrey Stepanov sea tug and two rescue boats of project 23040.

The ‘Petr Morginov’ big amphibious assault ship of project 11711 built by Yantar Shipyard began the final stage of running trials, the enterprise said.
